The 15th Criminal Division of the Suwon District먹튀검증 Court sentenced Mr. A, the eldest son of former Gyeonggi Province Governor Nam Kyung-pil, who was arrested on charges of drug use, to two years and six months in prison and ordered him to receive medical treatment.
The court said, “The defendant did not let go of drugs even during the investigation, and even immediately after being discharged from the hospital, he bought and administered Philopon,” and added, “Given the fact that he is in a serious state of drug addiction, the need for treatment and custody is acknowledged.”
Mr. Nam was arrested and indicted on charges of administering methamphetamine and inhaling marijuana and fentanyl 16 times at an apartment in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si from July of last year to March of this year.
In particular, he was arrested on charges of using Philopon last March, and when he was released due to the court’s dismissal of the arrest warrant, he took Philopon again five days later.
